We Do Things Differently
When we partner with a provider, we go beyond negotiating discounts or rates. We also take
responsibility for patient billing and collections, allowing providers to focus on patient care. Over the past 11 years,
HPS has assumed responsibility for over $260 million in patient debt.
Our commitment to
providers
We use our best efforts to meet or exceed payment turnaround time of 20 business days for client claims. In 2018, we averaged 14.7 days for full payment. In 2019, we averaged 13.4 days for full payment.
